Delphine Caprez-Cunningham

Delphine has over 12 years experience in Human Capital Management, including corporate wellness, training, and project management. Over the years, she has designed, developed, implemented and measured tailored wellness programs for companies such as Goldman Sachs, Vodafone and Integral Energy, in Australia, Switzerland and the UK.

She is currently undertaking a Masters in Wellness at the RMIT University, Melbourne, she is a Wellness Coach, trainer, health content editor, and is an expert in facilitating wellness changes in small groups or one-on-one and in implementing wellness changes at an organisational level.

Delphine is passionate about empowering individuals and corporates to achieve balance in their lives and master their wellness and optimal health.

Melanie Minns

Melanie has over a decade of experience in corporate health promotion, with nine of those in senior management within Workplace Health Promotion. Melanie has gained valuable insights into the growing complexity of the corporate market and has shaped programs to act responsively to an organisations needs and changing culture.

As an industry innovator for Workplace Health Promotion Management, Melanie was asked to enhance the corporate health promotion aspect of Deakin University’s Health Promotion Degree by adding value and teaching “principles and planning in health promotion”.

Melanie’s passionate approach and commitment to her clients, staff and industry is unique and inspiring.

Ken Buckley

Ken has been a pioneer in the corporate health industry for over 30 years in Australia and the US. He has Masters Degrees in Physical Education and Health Education from the University of Oregon and is a recognised conference presenter and consultant in the corporate health field.

He is the founder and Managing Director of Healthworks – recognised as industry leaders and innovators in the provision of workplace health products and services to over 500 Australian companies.

With Australian employees spending up to 60% of their waking hours at work – most in sedentary occupations – Ken believes that the workplace is the ideal place to provide programs to reduce the escalating costs associated with poor health and decreased productivity in Australia.
